Who and what is BenidormExpress?
We are a private and dynamic resort transfer company based on the Costa Blanca since 2003, offering you safe transfers at any time of the day/night with the most modern taxis, minibuses and coaches, from any Costa Blanca airport, train or bus station and ports to your hotel or apartment on the coast of the Costa Blanca.
"Door to door service" and our consistently low prices have been our trademark since 2003, and of course all our drivers also speak your language, which is very important.
Collection guarantee
We guarantee that you will have a vehicle available on the day of arrival or departure, if you have made a booking 48 hours before arrival or departure via our website www.BenidormExpress.com (or .net), and you received a confirmation (Transfer Voucher) from us. If you have unfortunately booked later, you will only receive a transfer voucher from us if a vehicle is available. As a rule, it almost always works.
Private Transfers
Private transfers are charged per vehicle. This vehicle is then only available to you for a maximum of four to seven or eight people per vehicle.
For the youngest among us
MaxiCosi's, baby seats or booster seats are available free of charge for the youngest travelers, but these must be requested on your booking form when booking.
According to Spanish law, the customer is responsible for properly securing children's equipment in the vehicle.
Extra luggage with your transfer
If you are traveling with golf clubs, folding or electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, prams or buggies, an animal transport box, bicycles or other special equipment, please request this when booking in the "Extra Luggage" field so that we can also accommodate this in time. Ensure that a suitable vehicle or separate trailer is available.
If all your luggage, including your private luggage, fits in the vehicle,
no additional costs will be charged.
If we have to use a trailer for your extra luggage,
we will charge you an extra €10.00 for this.
Electric wheelchairs can only be transported with us
if the person in question can also sit independently in the vehicle.

Transfer of electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters or bicycles
For customers who cannot leave their electric wheelchair during the journey to their holiday accommodation or back to the airport, we have to contact another company
order a suitable vehicle for your transport.
These companies have different prices, so please ask us in time for
check availability and prices before you book or travel.

If the person in question can also sit independently in the vehicle, BenidormExpress can arrange a trailer for the electric wheelchair itself.
We also need to use a small trailer to move more than 1 foldable wheelchair, electric scooters, golf clubs and/or bicycles.
